Today’s blog is a little different, what this video shows is a sequence of exercises you can do for shoulder impingement type injuries. Shoulder Impingement pain is often felt as sharp pain when lifting your arm to do your hair or brushing your teeth. It is often felt in the tip of your shoulder and down the top of your arm.

Such ailments should be taken seriously because they have a knack of hanging around; recently I filmed this video in the rehab room at our Docklands clinic.
