The dreaded Plantar fascia pain is the most common foot complaint we see, it often rears its ugly head first thing in the morning but settles down as the day goes. Your plantar fascia is the support system for your foot, as such it is important to look after it. What we tend to find in people with Plantar fascia pain is that the bottom of their foot is incredibly tight meaning the plantar fascia is on stretch.
