Acute Low back pain is nasty, it’s scary and can often put you into a great deal of pain. With today’s blog and video, we wanted to explain how you should manage the first 48 hours of Acute Low back pain. The research in this area is varied, with nothing conclusive one way or the other.
So, what should you do? Well from our perspective it is what makes you as comfortable as possible, you should move a little, lay down a little, sit down a little but most importantly not do any of these things for too long. Pain relief is important so if you are fine to take some analgesia go for it, if in doubt talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
