Elbow pain is a very common complaint the we see here at the clinic. It is often associated with long hours using your hands, such as typing, with the your arm in a flexed position. Nearly all your muscles that cause movement of the hand attach around the elbow, and it for this reason that you will find that you can occasionally get elbow pain after using your hands all day.

We often associate Elbow pain to gripping type sports, think Tennis elbow, Golfers elbow. But that doesn’t always have to be the case and seldom is. What is evident in practice here, is that people who spend far greater time being inactive and at their desk are far more likely to have discomfort around their elbow.
